Terms of Service

By signing up, entering our premises, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold a membership. Members aged 16–17 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, you represent that any information you provide is accurate and current.

• Membership fees, plan inclusions, and billing cycles are as described at the time of purchase.
• Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

• You may cancel recurring billing at any time through your member account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Paid fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Personal training packages and class credits expire as stated at the time of purchase and are not refundable once used.
• Freeze or pause requests (e.g., for travel or medical reasons) are evaluated case by case and may require documentation.

To keep the space safe and welcoming for everyone, members and guests agree to:

• Follow staff and trainer instructions at all times.
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes on the training floor.
• Re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, and respect time limits on machines.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or use of drugs or alcohol on premises.
• Not record photos or video of other members without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the membership of anyone who violates these rules, without refund.

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have consulted a physician if you have any medical condition that could be aggravated by physical activity. You use the facility, equipment, and classes at your own risk.

You agree to disclose relevant medical information to your trainer, to exercise within your limits, and to stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or in pain.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymPro, its owners, staff, and trainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the facility or services, including loss of personal property or injury, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Use lockers at your own risk and remove valuables before leaving.

All content on our website — including logos, text, images, training plans, and video — is owned by GymPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms other members, staff, or the business. On termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GymPro operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice at the facility and on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
